MeiKe MK-7000/MB-D11 takes one EN-El15 rechargeable battery or six aa batteries(alkaline, Ni-MH, or lithium) and includes an alernate shutter-release button, AE-L/AF-L button, multi selector, and main and sub-command dials for taking pictures in "tall" (portrait) orientation. Camera menu options allow the user to choose whether the camera battery or the batteries in the D7000 are used first.
